We want you (and your furry friend!) to be 100% happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’re here to help make it right.
🕒 You Have 30 Days to Decide
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Whether it’s not the right fit or your pet isn't a fan, we’ve got your back.
✅ Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please make sure:
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
It includes all original packaging and tags.
You have your order confirmation or receipt.
📦 How to Start a Return
Simple! Just email us at hello@yorkiesclubs.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide a return shipping label if your return is approved.
Note: Please don’t send anything back before contacting us. Unapproved returns won’t be accepted.
🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
🚫 What Can’t Be Returned
While we’d love to accept everything, the following items are non-returnable:
1. Custom or personalized items
2. Sale or discounted items
3. Gift cards
4. Perishable goods or personal care items
5. Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases, etc.)

📬 Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something’s wrong — damaged, defective, or not what you ordered — contact us right away at hello@yorkiesclubs.com and we’ll take care of it.
💸 When You’ll Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 15 business days.
