Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Packages
If your package has not arrived within 30 business days of shipment, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with our logistics partners and provide a resolution.
Please note that we do not issue refunds for packages still in transit unless deemed lost by the shipping carrier after a formal inquiry.
High-Risk Address & Delivery Disclaimer
For high-risk shipping zones, including remote or politically restricted regions, delivery may take longer than stated or be subject to additional processing. In such cases, Yorkies Clubs reserves the right to cancel the order or request identity/address verification to prevent fraud.
